This WebQuest is intended to be used by students who have read Edith Wharton's The Age of Innocence. In groups of
four, students will research various provided sources, answer a list of questions, and "design" a studio apartment in writing
and visually through drawing. This WebQuest allows for students to understand the importance of aesthetics in novels such
as The Age of Innocence, where Edith Wharton uses many details throughout. It is intended for an AP or Honors English
class, but is appropriate for any class who has read and comprehended The Age of Innocence.
This WebQuest has been featured on Brigham Young University's Novelinks as a post-reading resource.
